Tina Fey: the most influential woman in America?

As per Neil Midgley (9:05AM BST 15 Oct 2008) of telegraph.co.uk:

Three weeks from now, Sarah Palin may be the Vice-President elect of the United States of America. But today, few people would call her the most powerful woman in American politics.

Arguably, that honour doesn't go to former presidential candidate Hillary Clinton or House Speaker Nancy Pelosi either. Today, the most influential woman in America is probably Tina Fey – a television comedienne. (Click here to see the rest of his article.)

Not sure I agree, yet I know one thing for sure:

Most of the people I know would vote for Tina Fey as VP (and especially as the POTUS) over Sarah Palin in a heartbeat, even if it meant she could no longer make us ROTFLOL as much if that happened.
